Thanksgiving Holiday - The residence halls are open over this holiday break. Dining Services is NOT open on Thursday, Nov. 26. Dining Services re-opens on Fri., Nov. 27 for brunch and dinner in Wilkerson and is open Sat., Nov. 28 for brunch and dinner and Sun., Nov. 29 for brunch, dinner and extended dinner.
Students leaving for the holiday weekend should ask for a sack lunch to take on the road. Ask at any dining center checkstand for more information.
Does Your Student Need to Stay in the Residence Halls During Semester Break?
Semester break housing sign up is now underway. Semester Break Housing Information.
Housing is available from Friday night, December 18, 2009, until Saturday night, January 9, 2010. This housing is not included in the 2009-10 Room and Board Contract, so an additional fee of $23.65 per night is charged. This rate includes 2 meals the following day. Students must sign up online at Semester Break Housing Sign-Up Form before Tuesday, December 8, 2009. A late sign up fee ($25) is assessed to those who sign up beginning Wednesday, December 9. Spring Semester 2010 assignment schedule now available.
If you have a student beginning classes for spring 2010, the residence hall assignment schedule is now available. Room assignments will start in November. The first deadline for submitting an application (and $35 application fee), signed contract and the $250 first installment payment is November 16. More details here.

Changing Meal Plans
If your student would like to change the meal plan they originally indicated on the Room and Board Contract, he/she has may change their meal plan once they get to campus from Sept. 2-9, 2009, at any dining center.
