About Us
As you visit the University, we invite you to experience college life and take advantage of the accomodations
available in the UND residence halls. Provided for your convenience are a private room with a suite bathroom, twin
beds made hotel style and towels changed daily. Families are welcome to stay in the residence halls.
All rooms are non-smoking; no alcohol or pets are permitted. A television is located in the main lobby. You may bring your own
television and cable cord; cable service is provided. Wake up calls are not provided so please bring your own clock.
About You
Guest housing is only available to visitors who have a campus affiliation (department or campus program attendee).
Check-in and Check-out Times
Guest housing is located in Brannon Hall
Check-in time is 4:00 PM - midnight, 7 days per week.
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.
Room Rates
Single (1 person per room)$30.00 per night (including all taxes)
Double (2 people per room)$32.00 per room per night (including all taxes)
Maximum of 2 people per room. Rollaway beds are not available. Cribs are not available.

Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reservation, please send e-mail to guesthousing@mail.und.edu.
No cancellation charges will be assessed.

FROM I-29: Exit on Demers Ave. Turn north onto 42nd St N. Turn east on University Ave. N. Go down University Ave, until you reach Stanford Road, and take a left. Take a right turn at the large parking lot.

Payments
Payment is due at checkout time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or Travelers Checks. Personal checks are not accepted.
Campus Dining Options
Guests may use the Wilkerson Dining Center and pay with cash or check at the checkstand for breakfast,
lunch or dinner (Mon. - Fri.) and brunch or dinner on the weekends. Other campus dining
options include a food court in the Memorial Union with A&W Express, Sbarro Pizzeria, Dakota Deli, and Mexican food. There is also a Stomping Grounds Coffee Shop and a convenience store located in
the Memorial Union.
