Guest Housing

Guest Housing - beginning August 22, 2007

We apologize that we can no longer accept guest reservations for those who do not have a campus affiliation (department or campus program attendee).

About Us
As you visit the University, we invite you to take advantage of the accomodations available in the UND residence halls. Provided for your convenience are private rooms with either a private bathroom or a shared, suite-style bathroom, twin beds made hotel style and towels changed daily. Families are welcome to stay in the residence halls. All rooms are non-smoking; no alcohol or pets are permitted. A television (with cable service) is located in each room. Wake up calls are not provided so please bring your own clock.

Check-in and Check-out Times
You will be staying in either Selke Hall or Swanson Hall.
Check-in time is after 4:00 PM, 7 days per week at the Wilkerson Hall Service Center (open 24-hours)
Check-out time is before 11:00 AM.

Room Rates
Single (1 person per room) $26.00 per night (including all taxes)
Double (2 people per room) $28.00 per room per night (including all taxes)
Limit 2 people per room. Rollaway beds are not available.

Reservations
To make reservations, please call 701-777-2497, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. You may also may reservations by using the on-line form On-line Guest Housing Form. Once you have submitted the reservation, a confirmation e-mail will be sent back to you. There may be dates that guest housing is unavailable.

Cancel a Reservation
To cancel a reservation, please call 701-777-2497, Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 4:30 pm. No cancellation charges will be assessed.

Payments
Payment is due at checkout time. We accept Visa, MasterCard, cash or Travelers Checks. Personal checks are not accepted.

Campus Dining Options
Guest may use the Wilkerson Dining Center and pay with cash or check at the checkstand for breakfast, lunch or dinner (Mon. - Fri.) and brunch or dinner on the weekends. Other campus dining options include a food court in the Memorial Union with A&W Express, Sbarro Pizzeria, deli, made-to-order stir fry, and Mexican food. There is also a convenience store located in the Wilkerson building.

Directions
Wilkerson Service Center is located in the lower level of Wilkerson Hall. Wilkerson Hall is located on University Avenue, across from the Chester Fritz Auditorium.

Directions from Interstate 29
Take Demers Exit. At first stop-light (42nd Street) turn left and cross railroad tracks. Turn right at next set of stop-lights onto University Avenue. Go 1/2 mile and turn right into the Wilkerson Hall parking lot.

Directions from Highway 2
Go south on Columbia Road. Turn right onto University Ave. Continue past the English Coulee Bridge. Wilkerson Hall parking lot will be your first right after the bridge.
