Hamline Square apartments are located just east of the Ralph Engelstad Arena at 1100 Hamline St. and 1150 Hamline St., as well as the 6 units located above the retail strip mall at 2860 10th Ave. N (formerly called Bronson apartments).

• Check-In - Check-in at UND Apartment Community Center, 525 Stanford Road.  Hours available for check-in are:  Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:30 pm; Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 pm – 5:30 pm, excluding holidays.
• Xcel Energy - Leaseholders should have received a postal mailing with a Residential Authorization Form for start of service. .

• Rent - Rent is billed to your UND account and payment is made through Campus Connection.
• Laundry - Coin operated laundry rooms are located on each floor of Hamline Square.  The 2, 3, and 4 bedroom apartments also have laundry hookups in the apartment.  There is an additional $15 per month washer hookup charge.
